Welcome to Macasino. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Macasino governing your use of the Macasino platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set validity period — typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Single Bonus: Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns to exploit the bonus system is strictly prohibited.

Macasino reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. However, active bonuses already credited to accounts will not be affected.

All games on Macasino are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every outcome is entirely random and never predetermined. Regular audits are conducted by independent third-party auditors.

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Bet outcomes resulting from server errors are invalid and will be voided.
• Macasino is not liable for disconnections during gameplay — however, your account balance will always remain accurate.
• Accounts may be subject to investigation if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Macasino platform:

• Creating an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack other members' accounts or defraud them.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Macasino reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• Subject to investigation if fraud or deception is suspected.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is found to have been provided.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

• Before your first large withdrawal (over ৳50,000).

Documents required for KYC verification: a photo of your National ID or passport, and mobile number verification. Verification is completed within 24–48 hours of submitting your documents.
